ROGER WETZEL
CO-FOUNDER / C.E.O.
Roger is the co-founder and CEO of CHE-California. Roger is an entrepreneur, business consultant trainer and personal coach. Roger graduated with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from UC Santa Barbara and he holds a M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology from John F Kennedy University. Roger is a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner and was certified by Dr. Don Beck in Spiral Dynamics integral (SDi) Levels 1 and 2. Through CHE-CA, Roger’s intends on teaching and training as many people as possible in the SDi “theory of everything” model. He has seen how SDi can be applied to positively affect individuals and collectives around the world, especially when meshed with other powerful conceptual tools and integral practices.
Darrell Gooden is co-founder of CHE-California and the CHE Consulting Group. an internal consultant with the US Navy and change agent developing and implementing initiatives that range across a variety of domains: information technology, supply change management, strategic planning, and change management. In addition to his work with the US Navy, Darrell coaches and serves as a trusted advisor to executives, business organizations and entrepreneurs in the private and nonprofit sectors.He holds a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from the University of Redlands, CA; a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University; System Engineering and Project Management Certificate from UCLA; and has completed certification work in Business Process Reengineering from the Department of Defense. Darrell holds several other professional certificates, which include Knowledge Engineering, Object Oriented Modeling, e-Commerce, Spiral Dynamics integral Level 1,2 and 3, and the Adizes Change methodologies. Darrell is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Transformational Studies program at in the Adizes Graduate School.
Anthony is currently the Social Media person for CHE-CA, and will be directing the Millennial effort for CHE-CA. Anthony is a recent graduated of the University of California at San Diego with a B.A. in economics.
