CHE-CA is working to unite the State of California around certain core values which are important to everyone and represent a healthy society.

To turn current difficulties into opportunities through the sense of urgency to implement a strong and comprehensive vision and strategy around the societal institutions we wish to strengthen for their crucial roles in building a values based society.

Define a State declaration of agreement built on strong integral links and balance between shared values and the development, and function of our societal institutions to provide support and implement changes.

To set an example for other States.
